Can I edit an online order after it has been submitted?

Unfortunately, orders cannot be changed on the portal once the checkout process is completed.

If you need to make changes to your order, please send a message or call our Customer Support team. 

Please include the sales order number or confirmation ID. Depending on the status of the order, it may not be possible to make changes.
